Positive Service of crew is great/fantastic, same goes with location (just 7min to trainstation and short walk to old city), hotel athmosphere is nice/charming as well

Positive Good location. Negative Dirty shower, there was no towel. Shower cleaned after our request, also brought towels. Rooms were very small. Price does not quality.

Positive Charming little hotel in perfect location in the city center (cathedral/central station in walking distance, subway station just across the street), still very quiet and everything was neat and clean. Excellent value-for money. Negative One might think the first picture from the hotel description should show the hotel – it actually shows the "Zeughaus", a listed building which is just across the street.
