The windows in each of the hotel's rooms are sound proof. This aparthotel is located on the second floor of a 40-storey residential building. The entrance is in the central area of the house. The caretaker will gladly push you to the elevator. You use the public car park (Universitätsstr 500 seats) or you reserve a car park in the garage on the second floor. In the bakery in the house you can have breakfast from 7 am. In our apartment with kitchen you will find tea, coffee, water, internet, TV SKY free of charge. The apartments are non-smoking.
