Negative Hotel was very dirty and in need of maintenance. Elevator was very noisy and needed repair. The smell in the hallways and room was very bad.

Positive Room was clean. Noise was low. Negative Building was old in need of renovations. Only stayed there due to no availability or rooms closer to Ford facility.

Positive Close to restaurants and interstate. Negative Was told the 2nd & 3rd floors were recently remodeled. Furniture was old and scratched. Mattress was cheap and overspray from paint was everywhere. Hallways smelled of smoke as I walked to my nonsmoking room. Continental breakfast was very sad and there i

Positive Front desk personnel was chipper even late at night upon check in. Negative Employee knowingly put us in a room with a door that did not lock. It was open to the outside parking lot with no real secure system, whatsoevr. When ask about it, he said, yeah, I knew the door didn't lock-he said he would move us after WE discovered it
