Positive Location is close to hotel and cost of hotel is great for the location, hotel has basic amenities, I was there for short time, checkout is fast, shuttle to airport is ontime. Negative I arrived at YVR (Vancouver International Airport) after my long flight, it was raining and cold that day. I called for shuttle 3 times every 20 minutes and they did not arrive until one hour later. Hotel only 10 minutes away. My complaint was ignored
