Positive Die Lage ist sehr gut und das Preisleistungsverhaeltnis fuer Luebeck ebenso. Negative Das WLAN im 1. OG funktionierte nicht.

Positive Note: this is a 2 star hotel, not a luxury hotel, considering this, it is an exellent place, very good beds, everything very fresh and clean, very kind and helpful staff. Here is everything you need at a very low cost. Negative The carpet very worn, but who cares when the beds are exellent and bathroom spotless clean.

Positive Leider war das Hotel gar nicht gut, die Dusche war entweder sehr kalt oder hatte "gekochtest wasser", im Zimmer war sehr kalt, der boden im bad konnte man als "drausen" nennen. die matraze war auch nicht gut. Ich wuerde auf jeden fall ein anderes hotel Negative ich musste cash bezahlen, obwohl hier auch mit "Carte" moeglich. das Ganze Bild von Hotel war schlecht.

Positive hotel was clean and nice,the location perfect. Personal was nice and helpful with the check-in when we got the contact by phone. Negative Missing information that it wasn´t any check in at the hotel after 11am. Didn´t take any card at all for payment and have no change in payment by cash.

Positive Our room number 10 was very small but our friends room number 28 much more bigger and a hudge bathroom. Negative The hotel did not except any credit card ! We have not seen in the internet that you must pay only by cash.
