Positive brand, service, clean, variety of food serves, shuttle bus service to one site and feeling safe. Negative insufficient hot water, I requested room near the lift but it was not respected upon checked in.

Positive Great Location - Only 5 minutes walk to nearest Metro Station with loads of great eateries in the area. Good Bus Service to Office. Negative Breakfast Buffet Staff very surly and unfriendly. Aircon non operational and room temperature uncomfortably warm. Very difficult to sleep in such warmth.

Negative Receptionist does not speak well English, so difficult to communicate. Variety of breakfast is not so much. Most of them were fried things which is not good from the morning.

Negative Room had temperature set at 25° which made sleeping very uncomfortable. Was not able to adjust as the hotel was in winter mode and every room was on the same cycle. Waiting Staff in Breakfast buffet very surly and unfriendly.
