Positive Adequate sized room, at least for my 1 night stay. Seems to be issue when booking breakfast inclusive on Bosch Hotels, then not transferring to the hotel, but this was sorted out very quickly at no additional cost by the helpful staff. Negative Wind noise can be intrusive due to the wind tunnel effect of the location - make sure windows are closed or it can become irritating in the early hours of the morning.

The contract mentions a deposit, which means reservation of amount on credit card, not actual payment. The manager had no valid explenation

Positive It is close to DLR, Emirates Air Line and the city airport. Negative THe air conditioner is very noisy. There is a noise in the room during the night even if I switched off the air conditioner. You need a mechanical engineer degree for using the water tap in the tub. Expensive like hell.
