Positive everything about the room was excellent - could not fault anything. Always new towels each day and plenty of coffees and teas replenished - no shortage there. Negative breakfasts were always fine and plentiful - well prepared and cooked meals. Evening dinners were on the other hand poor quality. Cold plates, smallish portions and not presented well - am convinced that everything was microwaved - if not, certainly looked
