The brasserie allows guests to choose from elaborate buffets or from a creative à la carte menu at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The bistro is a showcase of Chef Kevin Philip’s talents as he prepares contemporary Canadian cuisine using only the freshest ingredients from across the country.

For families, our second floor recreation area features a family pool with a four-storey indoor waterslide, the 'Corkscrew'. Children can also improve their swimming skills with the parent-directed Delta Dolphin Swim Program.
