Positive For the first look it is a basic hotel, which seemed to be ok. But after the bed bugs came... Negative Unfortunately on the 3rd night some bed bugs bite me on my legs. I have 14 tweaks.. My left ancle swallowed and I was need to visit the doctor. The hotel management didn't care about it at all. The receptionist was kind and offered me another room.

Positive Very close to main station. So very easy to go from there to other districts and also very close to bus and tram station. So very easy to visit within Heidelberg. Negative The toilet is a bit small and uncomfortable. But that's the only complaint.
