Negative BEDBUGS!!! By the morning more then 30 bites were on my body, 20 on my legs. All of them itchy, hotel staff hardly cared when I complained. Only took my seriously when I showed the security staff the inch-wide red bumps on my leg. Nobody offered compensat

Positive Very good work area, high-speed connection is on the desk (in Las Vegas, this is rare, and will be a major factor in my return!). Happy to see that TV could be turned to point to either the bed or the desk!! Bed very comfortable. Good layout. Very fr Negative Need more outlets to plus in computer, cell phones, etc. - not easy to find a plug for the computer when put on the desk (needed to crawl on the floor). A/C a bit loud.

Positive The staff were very attentive and accomodating. I was upgraded to preferred status upon arrival. they gave me a discount coupon that I enjoyed. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable.Nice dual shower head. Starbucks on property was awesome. Negative this is vegas so not much I can do about the fact that it has a casino and bar dominating the lower level where you have to deal with smokers. Wish it could be more sectioned off. Only one restaurant choice was discouraging. I wish they had a smaller/ligh
