Positive What an incredible and friendly staff at the front desk! Room service was also amazing; clean room every day. Negative The location is not great, there isn't much to do outside the hotel.

Positive Good location halfway to SF & Palo Alto, lots of parking spaces in garage, very close to Fwy 101 (no noise from there, though). Spacious bathrooms. Negative Location looks nice at first on map, but Golf course is completely fenced off, straight access to waterside is forbidden (power plant), so it is rather in the "middle of nowhere", no shops or restaurants in walking distance. In-room safes are all broken (
