Positive Great breakfast, friendly staff and close to tube, train station and Hyde Park. Negative Small, needs paint & basic maintenance and very expensive for what you get.

Positive Friendly and helpful staff. Negative Rooms are very small and cramped. The attached toilets/bathrooms are also very small. Heating was not available all the time. It was switched off during the daytimes and also for a large part of the night.
