Negative The room offered had absolutley no privacy and was noisy- was supposedly as superior room. The staff also tried to make me pay up front for the room ( 4 days)after having attempted to charge the whole amount to my credit card. This was not in the contrac

Positive The location is fantastic and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Negative The soundproofing in the room is non-existent and there is no air conditioning. The great location is right on Bizmarkplatz meaning you have trams, buses and general traffic from very early morning until late at night. Rather than invest in proper windows
