Positive the location is excellent, nearly next to the train station and water taxi station. Along the hotel street, there are very busy and a lot of restaurants and shops which are closed quite late (at least to 9pm) Breakfast is good. Negative Since the good location so it is quite noisy, you can hear a lot of people speaking and sounds of luggage traggling until mid-night. Also the restaurant that I tried near the hotel is not good, seafood not fresh and quite expensive.
