Positive Difficult to say, but either the quietness of the room or the helpfulness of the staff. Negative It's very trivial, but I missed a kind of bread we had a breakfast last year (with nuts in). Otherwise, nothing disappointed.

Positive Very good location close to S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations and a nice area. Negative One of the two room s we had was facing the street and even with the window shut traffic and street noise could be heard most of the night. Other room faced a courtyard and was very quiet.

Positive The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good, but same assortment of food was served over and over again. Negative The noise in the room was terrible. Due to lack of air-conditioning and hot weather, we had to open windows, but then all the noise from one of the most central streets in Berlin, including frequent ambulance serenes, came into the room and made our stay
