Positive The atmospehere in the hotel is "like at home", thanks to the owner and his staff. Everybody is friendly, nice, smiley and willing to help if needed. I like this, because I do not have a problem to do small talk with anybody. I appreciate also quiet hotel Negative Well, if you prefer impersonal approach, where staff is "invisible" and is not talking to guests, this is probably not good choice for you. I would prefer self-service breakfast, not served by staff and maybe more privacy while eating.
