Positive We were upgraded. The room was tastful and quite spacous. Excellent location 2min to the Gloucester tube station, bus stop just right outside the doorstep of the hotel. Negative Bouquet hotel - limited facilities and staff. Bath water not hot enough.

Negative I cannot comment about the Ashburn Hotel as there was a problem with our booking using your site. The Ashburn had no room for us when we arrived We were transferred to The Park City Hotel

Positive Great and safe location and the Internet deal was a great price. The bathrobe and slippers are a nice touch. On my last morning a fuse blew and all my lights went out. The concierge was there in barely 3 minutes to fix the problem. Negative The only negative: In spite of advising them of my early arrival, a room was not ready for me. The hotel was clearly not full and certainly they could have put me in a room early but chose not to.

Positive Hotel is clean Negative Not a good value for the money. Staff is incompetent. Could not fix in room internet in four days. Dining room and breakfast buffet inadequate.
