Positive The staff was outstanding. The breakfast was great. It is not their fault that the location is bad. I understand the hotel is there to capture the expo/fair business but when that is not happening, the hotel is dead. Negative The hotel itself is fine. The location is terrible. The options for nearby restaurants/bars are extremely limited. I believe that I was the only guest in the entire hotel the two nights I was there.

Negative Room cancellation policy is very unfair. After giving more than three week notice the Hotel charged 90% of the room charge as cancelation fees.
