Positive nice room, hotel is quite new, near to the beach, city centre and molo in Sopot. Negative No parking, I had to park on the street. No restaurant in the hotel, breakfast is in an external restaurant (ca 60 m from the hotel), but the breakfast is very good. No desk in the room (no place for computer)
