Make yourself at home There is a lovely lobby area and quite reading room in our hotel. The terrace in the garden is definitely a sight to see. Where you will stay In the air-conditioned hotel rooms we provide coffee making facilities, cable TV, a desk and a minibar. Those staying with us enjoy having their own TV (pay) located in all rooms. Keep up-to-date on current affairs. You can take advantage of the newspaper in your room to catch up on thw international news. There is also a radio in each and every hotel room. Our guests rooms all feature a fridge, a microwave and a kitchenette for your benefit. Bathrooms in the hotel feature a shower, a bathtub and a hairdryer. While staying with us, you are supplied with bathrooms with a blow-dryer, complimentary robes and a shower. The sound proof windows in each hotel room block out unwanted exterior noise. Please note that from the 1st of January 2016 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest. Please note that cleaning service is offered every 3 days. Please inform Alma Moura Residences in advance of your expected arrival time. A security deposit of EUR 100 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
