Positive Nice location, down town paris. A lot of nice restaurants all around the hotel within 1-10 minutes walking distance. Negative Small rooms with only basic facilities.Rooms are quite with windows shut, but without air conditioning working, it also means stuffy rooms if you shut windows. Not the best value for money, but still cheaper considerinng you are in Paris.

Positive Hotel is in a great area - lively, loads of choice re: restaurants, bars, and not noisy. Room was clean and wrought iron furnishings was a nice twist. Negative Room was very basic for the price. Cramped, poor lighting, wi-fi signal very poor. Room facilities on a par with 2* hotel rooms I've stayed in business district of Paris. Room heater very small so I'd advise woolly bedwear in the winter!
